To access services on Ubalitics, you must subscribe to a plan, which includes a bundled allotment of AI Credits. You may also top up additional AI Credits at any time. If you need a refund after subscribing or topping up, please contact our Customer Success Team at support@ubalitics.com within 24 hours of the purchase date and time.

AI Credits are consumed whenever you use Ubalitics services that rely on AI, including but not limited to: processing voice input and generating spoken or written responses, analyzing or describing images, recognizing people, objects, or locations in visual content, summarizing or rewriting documents and other text, answering questions or providing AI-assisted consultation, generating images, generating audio, generating video, generating or transforming text content, running automations or agent-based workflows, and any future AI-powered features added to Ubalitics services. You acknowledge that AI models can produce results that are inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or otherwise incorrect, and that such outcomes are inherent to the current state of AI technology and beyond Ubalitics' control. Ubalitics does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, reliable, or fit for any particular purpose, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it. If you are unsatisfied with your experience or the services do not deliver reasonable results, please contact our Customer Success Team at support@ubalitics.com within 24 hours of using the service to request a refund. Please note that refunds for consumed AI Credits are provided in the form of restored AI Credits, not as a return of the money paid for the subscription or top-up.

Ubalitics may update subscription plan prices and AI Credit top-up rates periodically. Any changes will be communicated to you before you agree to renew, top up, or use the services.
